Personal Statement

I feel that my role as a counselor is defined by my desire to truly connect with my clients. I find great satisfaction in coming alongside my clients and helping illuminate areas of personal growth in their lives.  My goal is to meet clients where they are and encourage them on their journey toward growth, recovery, and ultimately a healthy life.

I take a positive approach to problems, believing that people have the potential and ability to change and overcome obstacles in their lives.  I have found that therapy can be beneficial in overcoming life’s obstacles, and fostering positive personal growth, improved relationships, and deeper spiritual development.

As a committed follower of Christ, I believe that He has the power to change lives. I also believe that through trusting Christ, guidance through the truth of Scripture, and prayerful self-examination, freedom and life can be found.
