Going through a divorce is painful enough with putting your kids in a tug of war as you battle for the affection and your financial stability. We can help!! Using methods from mediation, collaborative law, and co-parenting coordination trainings we can save you grief, time and money by helping you as individuals learn emotional control, empowering you to develop a co-parenting plan, and finally, serving as mediators when you just can’t work it out yourselves. Custody evaluations and battles drain college and retirement funds and cause emotional scars that kids feel long after the legalities are final.

She will work with both of your attorneys to help you solve your issues regarding your children including joint meetings. She also is trained to serve as a mental health neutral or communication coach in the collaborative law process.
Michelle does not do custody evaluations nor is she available to testify in court because of her non existent forensic experience. All parents involved in the co-parenting process are asked to sign an agreement releasing their mediator/coordinator from being subpoenaed should you case end up becoming adversarial and end up in a court being decided by a judge or jury. A large retainer will be required for any breach of this agreement and action that requires the therapist to become involved in subpoenas, depositions, or court appearances. |
