Personal Statement

Highly enthusiastic and passionate, I have an outstanding background in child and adolescent counseling along with a devoted understanding of adult therapy. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of counseling; you can anticipate a supportive, warm, and safe environment in which I will be an active participant in your journey of healing.  Together we will identify issues, determine what you want out of life to better clarify goals, develop a plan for success, recognize and conquer self-defeating habits.

Whether you are seeking therapy because of a difficult life situation, experiencing sadness or anxiety, or in need of emotional support, counseling could be the extra support you need.

Many find that short term or long term therapy can be a source of relief, clarity, and growth.
