Veronica works with children, adolescents and young adults who want help in achieving personal growth by learning the skills necessary to deal and cope effectively with personal stressors such as concerns related to relationship issues, family, school, work, life changes, anxiety/fears, anger, depression, and grief. Overview Veronica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University and then went on to receive her Master of Science in counseling from A&M University-Commerce. Veronica has extensive training in working with children, individuals and groups in various aspects of life problems. She serves clients in the Dallas Metroplex community and is a fluent Spanish speaker. I value each client’s unique strengths. I view therapy as a process where positive outcomes can be seen in the following areas: increase in coping skills, improvement of life quality, enhancement of positive thought patterns, improvement in interpersonal relationships, enhancement of a healthier lifestyle and resolvement of past and current conflicts. I provide Christian counseling upon request to those who wish to include spiritual issues in the counseling process. My strengths are my kindness, patience, and ability to listen. Many of my clients have reported positive results such as increased happiness in their relationships, family, work, and life in general.
